Organized by ADNEC, the fair brought together leading professionals from the region in the fields of food, beverages, coffee, innovation, and gastronomy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3e032af5\"><strong>SIAL Middle East 2021 included the Hosted Buyer Programme, UAE National Coffee Championships, SIAL Innovation, World Gourmet Show \u2013 Abu Dhabi, and various gastronomy events. The fair provided an important platform for introducing new products, developing international collaborations, and highlighting innovative approaches in the food sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5375ca59\"><strong>As ZEL, we participated in SIAL Middle East 2021 with our vision of functional food and innovative product development.
